Our Policies

ORDERING

A person can only order and receive a box for themselves, if they have not received one within the past 6 months. A maximum of 2 boxes are allowed per person, per year. If a person attempts to place and order against this policy and our records show that they have already received the maximum amount of boxes, the order will be canceled. If you are ordering for someone else in your household, please specify their name (names), and requested info when placing the order, or the order will be canceled. A designated pickup person must also be listed to pickup the order.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We do not charge for our boxes, therefore we do not give refunds on them, and we do not accept returns. We also do not accept returns or give refunds on our merch.

SHIPPING/PICKUP

We do not ship our boxes at this time. All of our boxes are to be picked up locally in person at our pickup location by the designated pickup person that was listed when the order was placed. The pickup person will be asked to verify their identity upon pickup of the order. If the pickup person is not verified, they will not be able to pickup the order. Orders can be picked up no less than 7 business days from the date the order was placed. Example: Order placed on February 1, 2024, can be picked up on February 12, 2024.
